12 in 12 is a community platform for builders who commit to shipping things they care about. "Betting on yourself" means putting your time and skills on the line for something you believe in — whether that's a business, a cause, or your own growth.
The name started as a challenge: build 12 products in 12 months. The spirit remains — bet, build, ship, reflect — but the platform now serves builders at any pace.

How It Works
Every builder gets a profile page that tells their story. When you place a bet, you set your thesis — what you're building and why. As you build, the platform prompts you to share progress, milestones, and learnings. When you ship (or park, or pivot), you reflect on what happened.
The community feed shows what everyone is building in real time. You learn from others' journeys, leave comments, and find builders who inspire you.
Who Built This?
Dorell James — a developer from the Philippines who wanted a community to share the journey of building products. While actively building hapsay.com, he realized building is lonely. Having people to share it with, learn from, and build alongside makes all the difference.
12 in 12 itself is one of his bets. It originally launched with the strict "12 products in 12 months" pitch. Real builders showed up. But over time, the format needed to evolve. This is the relaunch — same spirit, broader vision.
