whatsadb v0

This is a system that acts like a real database (SQL, for now). It let's the users have an inside view of what's happening under the hood, mix and match different data structures to be used by the system for the various CRUD operations. This primarily serves an educational purpose, and will not be as performant as a real database. I'm planning on using both Java and C++, as these are the languages I'm currently learning in university, and I'd like to combine my use of them into one project to further my learning. Update: v0, instead of Java and C++, will use TypeScript for now, to get things going. v1 will be built using Java and C++.
